Meet Jeff Hughes

President and Founder of Mechanical Dynamics, Inc.

After working in the welding and fabrication field all of his life, Jeff started Mechanical Dynamics out of a small garage in 1995. Practical knowledge and hard work laid the foundation for the company and business expanded. Jeff has earned the trust of his customers because he is not afraid to get his hands dirty; in fact, he would prefer to be working on a job site rather than sitting behind a desk. As a hands-on manager, he does both. Customers can pick up the phone and talk to Jeff at any point during their project.

Although Jeff works hard, he is quick to offer credit to his management team. He knows their experience and integrity will ensure that customers receive the outstanding service they expect from Mechanical Dynamics.

Jeff and the Mechanical Dynamics team know how to work hard, and when the time comes, they know how to have fun, too. The “Mechanical Dynamics Swamp Buggy” will attest to that!

Jeff doesn’t keep his success to himself; he offers his time and support to several local organizations, including the Citrus Center Boys & Girls Club and The Mission in Winter Haven. Jeff even designed and custom made a Barbecue Pit for a charity auction. It was so popular that he has had several requests from people wanting to buy one of their own.

Jeff’s philosophy is simple: Do it Right the First Time!
